Gregory grew up in a small town in the province of Naples - Visciano - and began taking his first steps in hospitality, after which he continued his professional growth in various cities across Europe and Italy. Thanks to the experiences he gained over time, he has made hospitality a mission: always offering dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. All of this enables him to enrich food with an unmistakable and satisfying taste, in a mix of Italian tradition.
